MY  STORY

Going A Little Deeper ...

I grew up, the fifth of seven kids, in a musical family, with a rich Christian heritage.

Born in Eugene, Oregon, I also lived in Texas,

but grew up most of my life in West Monroe, Louisiana.

After graduating from high school, I earned a BA in Music and Home Economics/Family Studies, with minors in Bible and Psychology, from Abilene Christian University.

Upon graduation, my husband began a career in the NFL,

as I began singing professionally with my sisters, “The SteffinSisters.”

After two Super Bowls, eight years of singing and touring internationally,

seven albums and numerous singles  ...  LIFE took me in a different direction.

I am the mom of four (+1) ~

Victoria  and  husband,  Jonathan,  Benton,  Olivia  and  Nathaniel ~

my favorite people on earth.

I have operated as a single mom since 2003,

choosing to home school, for a season, through the transitions.

In 2005, I began a ten year stint as a voice coach.

In the midst, I was a midday radio host for five years, and then a talk show host for ten.  Overlapping, most recently, with being the development director for

Life Choices Pregnancy Resource Center in Monroe, LA, since 2016.

I filled in the gaps designing, creating, and sewing, as the

owner/designer/creator of VBON Designs / Creations, LLC,

while enjoying some fun opportunities as a production assistant.

Through the years, I have also lead worship and been a speaker for various events.

Motherhood has definitely been the greatest investment of my life,

and truly the toughest job I will ever LOVE!!

As adults today, each one is now pursuing their own dreams.

And  I am blessed and expectant,  looking forward to the road ahead for me!

I Love Him and the Life He Gives!

Blessings!!

Jenny

“Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done,

And Your thoughts toward us;    There is none to compare with You.

If I would declare and speak of Your wonders, They would be too many to count.”                                                                                        ~  Psalm 40:5 ~
